Easy to replace
Needed a new one, got it, fixed it, no issues when replacing. Can't ask for more. My previous one broke from user error. If there's anything to improve, it would be the screws that hold the hotend in place are a bit thin and is a weak point... But i guess don't over tighten and you're good

I made inquiries long ago. Was asked to video my concerns and it proves to be painful. I stop using it as a result. The extruder was the problem all along. Should have been a warrantable concern. I have pictures of the extruder if you want them.
