I purchased the new Hotend Set because following the instructions for removing and replacing the nozzle, the nozzle snapped off in the machine. I had gotten a lot of use out of that nozzle so I thought heating up and cooling down so much might have weakened it. However after receiving and installing the Hotend Set I only got 6 prints done before the nozzle was clogged enough I needed to replace it again. And again following the instructions the nozzle again snapped and I again need to replace the Hotend Set because I can't cleanly get the treads of the nozzle out of it.
Unless you are willing to send a new Hotend Set free I won't be purchasing your products any more.
